Arild Danielsen is a creative artist with photography as main interest. For the time being Arild resides in Norway working on both personal and commissioned projects. Arild is a freelance photographer from Kristiansand deploying a keen eye, a graphic style and a solid attitude to present reality the way he sees it. The Norwegians continue to perplex the rest of us in the fields of music, art, design and photography. Norwegian photographer Arild Danielsen is very good at what he does. His site accentuates his photos beautifully. I love the way he uses the 'loading' image backgrounds. I might even steal that effect for a site I'm working on. Good stuff! There is no sound in most websites. In other words, it is silent but we aren't conscious of silence when we are surfing websites. In this site, there is music but I can feel silence by static pictures and its deep colour scheme. Great photography, great style, great art direction The excellent beefed up photographic portfolio from Arild Danielsen. We like. BIO: At the age of fifteen, a young mind already knew the photographic camera and his eye for cropping the world would be the future for him. Now, Arild (born June, 1985) is on his way to realize the once so promising attainment. As a young artist working with photography, fine art and graphic design, Arild developed skills within the creative arenas by experimenting; learning through mistakes – at the same time studying humanities full-time. By combining the structural aspects of humanities and the abstraction of the art, a stronger start out point was educated. After winning a one-week stay in Africa by the Norwegian State Department 2015 Design Contest, making it second at Gulltaggen 2004 ('The Gold Tag', Norwegian web design awards) and featured at numerous high-end forums for his work – Arild figured it was time to get serious. His interest for the photographed had grown over the years, and was now to become his main medium of creativity. The year 2004 Arild graduated from high school and attended the bachelor’s degree of photography at University College for the Creative Arts, formerly known as Kent Institute of Art and Design, located under an hour from the great city of London. |
